For the determination of the liquid loss properties of nonwovens. A standard absorption medium is placed under the tested nonwovens, and the combined sample is placed on a tilted pad. When a specific amount of artificial urine flows downward to the combined sample, the liquid penetration is absorbed by the standard absorption medium. The liquid loss performance of the nonwovens sample is obtained by weighing the weight change before and after the standard absorption medium test.
